ARISE AFRICA

You might find it shocking to know what’s happening in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Christians are being murdered, raped and kidnapped on a scale not seen before. Violent persecution, at the hands of Islamic extremists, is unprecedented – and it’s wrecking lives.

When 20-year-old Ayuba* heard Boko Haram extremists were heading for his village in northeast Nigeria, he fled. The next day, Ayuba discovered his father’s body. He’d been beheaded.

Boko Haram sent a list of people they wanted to kill next. “My name was on it,” said Ayuba.

Can you imagine Ayuba’s fear?

We can’t stand by while our Christian family is persecuted so violently. The survival of the church is at risk – unless we act, today.

There are millions more believers who need support.

By giving and praying today, you unite as one with your African brothers and sisters – and stand up to violent persecution, together.

Like Ayuba, they too will get help at the Open Doors trauma center in Nigeria, through your prayers and support.

Every HK$670 educates 17 young people from persecuted families for a month, giving them hope for the future.
